For lunch today I went to a restaurant that I've been interested in for a while but have never been to.

Dandan noodles at "Hakata Chin Chin".
I've recently become hooked on dry tantan noodles and was attracted by the impact of the name, so I'd been meaning to go there someday, and now almost four years have passed.

I avoided the lunch rush hour so I was able to enter without having to wait in line.

Of course, dry dandan noodles.

The appearance of the noodles was something I had never imagined.
The dry dandan noodles I've had up until now have mostly been medium-thick, but the noodles here are thick and flat.

When you eat it, it has a chewy texture similar to fresh pasta. It's delicious in its own way!
Although I'm a fan of dry dandan noodles, I don't like spicy food, so I was happy to be able to add chili peppers and chili oil at each seat to adjust the flavor.
It is served with a slightly spicy sauce with a hint of sesame flavor.

Today, I've been feeling great for the first time in a while, so I'm still going strong. So I'll have some more rice.

The warm egg makes it very mellow.
It's like a Korean version of rice porridge.
