Searching for noodles to revive the restaurant, I finally found "Chuka Soba Sakae"
I usually eat tsukemen, but there was a sign in front of the store promoting mazesoba, so I tried mazesoba for the first time.
I usually eat mazesoba with lots of vinegar and chili oil, but the sauce and noodles were so delicious that I forgot about the vinegar and chili oil until the end.
No matter what you eat here you won't be disappointed.
