The other day at noon, I happened to go to the Tosu main branch of ``Yume wo Katare'', which is famous for its Jiro-style ramen.
It's still fresh in my memory that the Saitama store of Tell Me Your Dreams was on fire. LOL Every time I watch a ramen YouTuber's video, my desire to eat Jiro-style ramen increases.
To be honest, I'm not a big fan of it. It makes me want to eat it lol, but it's strange.
I don't eat garlic because I don't like the way I feel after eating garlic, so I always order Jiro's dishes by saying, ``No garlic, no garlic, no garlic, no oil, no garlic''.
Someday, I would like to order Kantai Jiro Ramen at Zenmachi Call, but since I work in the customer service industry, that dream seems far away lol. 
This is the ramen I ate that time.
After all, it's strange that looking at photos like this makes me want to eat them.
For some reason I want to repeat it...

It is a kitsch design typical of HIDAKA, focusing on "table tennis", which is a symbol of the nerdy motif, and quoting a racket case.
The exterior is kept as simple as possible, and the stitching has been removed as much as possible to create a modern finish.
