It's been a while.

As I mentioned in my blog the other day, I went back to my hometown, Okinawa, for a few days.

Since we arrived in the evening on the first day, we went straight to an izakaya.

Dashi and charcoal grill Yoka-ya is located in Asato, Naha city.
It was my first time there, but the sashimi was absolutely delicious.
It said it was tuna, but I wonder if it was medium fatty tuna.
There aren't many places in Okinawa where you can eat such delicious sashimi, so I'll definitely go again.

After drinking until we were mushy on the first day, our first meal on the second day was at Ishigufu Oroku Gushiten.
As it is a famous restaurant that has won awards for Okinawa soba, the food is delicious regardless of the condition.
The soup is light and the noodles are chewy and fragrant.
This time I was greedy and ordered a pork bowl too.

Since this trip home was almost completely unplanned, I even had time to go running.

A woman in her 40s who is not used to taking selfies.
That's a bit harsh. Lol. By the way, this junior high school is also the alma mater of Yui Aragaki, otherwise known as Gakki.
He is two years older than me.
I'm proud.

Even so, the sunlight in Okinawa was intense.
Even at the same temperature, UV rays can penetrate the skin so much.

I think my next trip back will be during the Naha Marathon in December.
