Looking for lunch again today.

I've been wondering if I've been eating too much noodles lately, but last month I heard that a new abura soba restaurant had opened in Daimyo.

Aburasoba Hifumi is an abura soba restaurant founded in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.

Arrived from Fukuoka.

I thought it might be a bit risky to start off with something adventurous, so I went for the standard oil soba with double servings.

Top with green onion sesame seeds and warm egg.

Add chili oil and vinegar to the chewy medium-thick noodles in about four portions and stir until evenly combined.

Contrary to its appearance, it is surprisingly light and the noodles are delicious.
There is an abura soba restaurant in Daimyo that you have to queue to get in to, but the taste is just as good and maybe this place isn't well known yet so you can get in easily and it's close to the restaurant.
