If I had underestimated it, I wouldn't have understood it at all.

"PERFECT BLUE" was once ranked high on the Netflix movie rankings.
I was watching it while having a drink as usual, but I realized that if I didn't watch it properly while sober, I wouldn't have been able to understand the content.
What I understood on the first watch was that the main character, an idol girl, is taken advantage of by her agency in the process of becoming an actress, which leads to her going crazy and getting involved in various incidents!?
Anime has the image of being something that is easy to watch, but sometimes the visuals are just anime but the content is quite complex.
That was it.
I think it would be even more interesting if I understood it better, so I'll watch it again if I get the chance.
