One of my goals this year is to run 1,000km a year.

I achieved it yesterday.

1000 km. If you drive through Japan, you can go as far as Fukushima in the north and Miyakojima in the south.

When I set this goal, I thought it was quite a difficult goal, but when I listened to people who take up running as a hobby, it turned out to be no big deal at all. .

Not only do you run 100km a month, but some people even run 100km a week. .

I think I'll try the 2000km challenge next year.
