I started quitting drinking in preparation for the Shimonoseki Kaikyo Marathon, which is 20 days away.

I guess it was after the coronavirus started that I started buying a big bottle of whiskey and carbonated water at home and drinking it almost every day.

This is my 3rd day of no drinking so that I can speed up my marathon time as much as possible.

Here are some of the benefits of quitting drinking:

• Improves sleep quality.
• Your mental state becomes stable.
• Reduce your sugar intake and lose weight.
• Leads to beautiful skin.
• Increases immunity.

Are you serious.

It's only the third day, but so far,

• My sleep becomes light and I feel sleepy during the day.
• Decreased concentration due to sleepiness.
• I feel constipated.

I can only see the disadvantages.

However, I can't afford to drink it every day.
So, as a special rule, drinking outside is unavoidable.
